  monitors, and 1 He gas control line

  neutron fluence control

- Accelerating and simulating the irradiation tests of nuclear core materials
  under power plant environments and reactor operation variables  
- Irradiation tests and damage evaluation of the pressure vessel, reactor core, fuel
  cladding and high-technology materials
- Safety/integrity evaluation and life-extension researches of a commercial reactor
  and the production of design data for the newly developed nuclear materials for the next
  generation nuclear power reactor
