What is the neutron transmutaion doping?

	NTD is the technology to make a high quality semiconductor by the neutron absorption and the transmutation of silicon elements into phosphor elements in a silicon single crystal.  The semiconductor silicon from this process is call as the NTD silicon.

How is the NTD silicon being used?

	The NTD silicon is used for various sensors and power devices including IGCT, GTO, IGBT and rectifier diode.
