The technical support of HANARO starts when the user contacts
HANARO personnel for any experimental purpose. Through the feasibility
study, the user may have the full image of the target experiment.
Out of the full scope of conducting an experiment, the user
can decide how to share the work, from scheduling to final test
reporting. The reactor analysis group first verifies the satisfaction
of test objectives using HANARO from the reactor physics and
thermal hydraulic point of view.

| While the licensing process is under way, the
prerequisites should be planned and conducted with the help
of the thermal hydraulic and structural integrity assessment
group. The experiment results may be either forwarded to the
user directly or transferred to the irradiated material examination
group depending on the user's decision. Manufacturing is also
possible through the help of the HANARO engineering group, in
which feed back on shielding and material evaluation is provided.
